Warehouse Technician / Forklift Operator
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $19/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Technician who is eager to take ownership of their role, consistently deliver great experiences, and help make processes more efficient. As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a key part in managing material flow within the warehouse to ensure all supplies, materials, and products are processed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete receiving and shipping of materials moving through the warehouse.
  • Verify deliveries against packing slips, purchase orders, or other records from all suppliers, including third-party carriers. Return or reject damaged items, record shortages, and notify purchasing of discrepancies.
  • Operate a forklift or hand truck to move, convey, hoist, or deliver shipments within designated areas.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment in the distribution center.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy according to company standards, operating procedures, and cycle counting guidelines.
  • Create and provide reports as required.
  • Assist other departments as needed with project inventory and delivery of equipment to service areas.
  • Fulfill self-install service orders, handle return labels, fleet needs, and facilities trouble tickets.
  • Transport materials as needed using a company vehicle and/or box truck. Some deliveries may require overnight stays based on travel distance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the effective operation of the department and company.
