Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Communicate with patients regarding their medication therapy and answer inquiries
• Support sterile compounding processes as needed to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications:

• Current New York State pharmacist license is required
• Hospital pharmacy experience, particularly in home infusion, is essential
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with IV compounding is a strong advantage
• Clean background with no DUI or related issues

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
