Job Description

Qualifications:
- Master’s or doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution
- Current, active Ohio OT license
- Previous experience in a school-based OT role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to a range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans for students in elementary and high school settings
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with IEPs and established best practices
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into students’ daily routines
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to team evaluations and meetings
- Offer guidance and professional insight to colleagues to promote an inclusive, supportive learning environment
This position runs from October 15 through May 28, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week). Caseloads are structured to remain manageable, ensuring you have the time and focus needed to make meaningful progress with each student.
