Health Law Associate

Description

• We are seeking an associate to join our national longstanding health law practice in Connecticut with the opportunity to work two days per week remotely.

• Must have a minimum of five years of health law experience in a law firm setting involving the representation of health care providers in regulatory and corporate and transactional matters.

• The candidate should have substantial knowledge of state and federal regulatory aspects of health law including HIPAA, Stark, anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, contract drafting/review, compliance, licensure and accreditation and transactional matters.

• Top academic credentials are required along with strong writing skills and the ability to become admitted to the Connecticut bar.
