IV Sterile Compounding Staff Pharmacist - Liverpool, NY

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Home Infusion Pharmacist to join a healthcare facility as a direct hire with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves critical responsibilities in intravenous (IV) verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and communicating directly with patients to ensure proper medication management and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying IV therapy orders for accuracy and safety
• Overseeing and guiding pharmacy technicians in daily operations

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Proven experience working in hospital settings with home infusion expertise
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in IV sterile compounding preferred
• Current and valid New York State pharmacist license
• Clean background with no issues such as DUIs
