We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support critical day-to-day network and IT operations for an established organization in San Francisco. This is a hands-on role for someone who can step into an existing environment, quickly understand the infrastructure, and begin troubleshooting and resolving issues with minimal ramp-up.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical troubleshooter who is comfortable working across the environment. You may be troubleshooting a Cisco switch or router, resolving a wireless connectivity issue, supporting a Windows Server or Active Directory issue, or helping resolve an escalated end-user or printer problem.

Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and general connectivity issues.
- Support basic network security administration and troubleshooting.
- Administer and support Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Provide Tier 2/3 help desk escalation and operational support.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other connected devices.
- Maintain system and network documentation.
- Diagnose technical issues independently and drive them through resolution.
- Help maintain reliable, continuous network and IT operations.
- Hands-on experience as a Network Administrator, Network/Systems Administrator, or similar infrastructure professional.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches and routers.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN.
- Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network, systems, and end-user technologies.
- Ability to work independently and become productive quickly in an existing environment.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in San Francisco.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Experience with basic network security management.
- Experience supporting healthcare, dental, clinical, or other regulated environments.
- Experience supporting EHR or clinical applications such as Epic, axiUm, or similar systems.
