Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license is required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Background in supporting individuals with cerebral palsy and complex medical requirements is a plus
• Confident in providing G-tube care and performing related procedures
• Ability to recognize and respond to seizures appropriately
• Skilled in supporting a nonverbal, non-ambulatory student on a one-to-one basis
• Demonstrates dependability, attentiveness, and compassion during the full school day

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care tailored to the needs of K–12 students
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student with complex health considerations throughout the school day
• Administer medications and monitor for any medical needs, including seizure response and G-tube maintenance
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with school staff and families
• Create a nurturing, safe environment that allows every child to thrive in their learning environment
