Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience supporting school-aged children with behavioral needs
• Preferred: 2+ years of prior experience in a school-based environment
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required
• Comfort with toileting assistance as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity during school hours
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school personnel to support student success
• Support students across various settings, adapting your approach to meet individual needs
• Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times
