This position, based near Anaheim, CA, offers a flexible four-day workweek, starting as soon as possible and initially extending through October 31—with potential for further extension.

Your expertise in assessment, counseling, and collaboration will be central to creating a positive, supportive school environment. You’ll engage with students, teachers, and families to build a foundation for success and well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting
  • Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and behavioral strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to provide crisis intervention and individual/group counseling

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students
  • Support staff and parents with strategies to improve student learning and adjustment
  • Lead and participate in meetings to interpret evaluation data and offer recommendations
  • Foster inclusive, supportive environments aligned with school/district policies
