There are three unique positions available: a self-contained elementary classroom, a middle and high school inclusion setting, and an elementary behavior support environment. Each role offers the chance to provide individualized instruction and meaningful support to diverse learners in a collaborative school community.

As a valued member of the school team, you will:

• Create and maintain a stimulating, supportive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to deliver inclusive programming
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and behavioral interventions to promote student growth and engagement
• Monitor progress and communicate regularly with families to celebrate successes and address challenges
• Foster a positive classroom culture rooted in respect, encouragement, and high expectations
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working with students in self-contained, inclusion, or behavioral support settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to meeting students where they are and helping them succeed both academically and socially
• The ability to adapt and respond flexibly to changing needs and priorities

This position is a 35-hour-per-week contract role with immediate interviews and a streamlined hiring process for backfill needs.
