Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
• Proven experience designing and delivering specialized instruction in K-12 settings
• Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and compliance regulations
• Skilled in developing differentiated lesson plans to address a range of learning abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to both onsite classroom environments and online teaching platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and assess instructional strategies tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusive practices
• Maintain timely documentation of student progress, attendance, and required reports
• Engage positively with families to ensure partnerships that support each student’s growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute informed recommendations for student services
