Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and individualized interventions

- Flexibility to adapt strategies for a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT assessments for students, identifying strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions to support educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on student plans
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school standards
- Consult with teachers and parents to recommend classroom strategies and accommodations
- Promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all students
