Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teaching License required
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with ZS approval or proper endorsement for infants and toddlers
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and individualized education plans
- Ability to adapt strategies to support a range of behavioral needs
- Enthusiasm for working with young children and their families
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized educational plans for children from birth to three years old
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with families, administrators, and other professionals to promote student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
