Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to support daily office operations for a growing professional services organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in an in-office environment.

The ideal candidate is a reliable professional with strong administrative skills, excellent computer proficiency, and a service-oriented mindset. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in office operations while learning additional HR and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, deliveries, and facility needs
  • Organize meetings, catered lunches, employee events, and team-building activities
  • Support leadership with administrative projects and special requests
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help maintain confidential employee and company information
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and office logistics as needed
  • Process invoices and provide administrative support to multiple departments
  • Serve as a point of contact for office-related questions and requests
  • Help foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
  • Run occasional errands and assist with office needs, including ordering and stocking supplies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Engineering Industry or with another engineering firm experience is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to a 100% onsite work environment
  • Demonstrated work ethic, accountability, and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Experience supporting multiple departments
  • Exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, or employee support
  • Experience coordinating vendors, office operations, facilities, or company events
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other automation platforms
