Our client is seeking a Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure customers receive accurate, on-time shipments. This role is essential in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products—all while maintaining exceptional accuracy, organization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pull, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure all orders are shipped safely, correctly, and on schedule.
- Prepare custom kits and package special orders for key accounts.
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive incoming product, inspect for accuracy, and store in designated locations.
- Inspect customer returns for accuracy and damage to determine acceptability.
- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy above industry standards.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and resources to support operational goals.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse.
- Follow proper storage, staging, and labeling procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
- Process certifications (material certs, compliance certs, certificates of origin).
- Complete documentation and maintain records according to quality requirements.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment, identifying improvement or repair needs when necessary.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure customers receive accurate, timely shipments.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet shared goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using basic power tools.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
