Desired qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Adept at developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to serve both elementary and middle school populations
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and document evaluations of student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective interventions
- Develop tailored strategies to assist students in achieving educational success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
