Desired Qualifications:

• Active substitute certification on DESE required
• Prior experience in school settings, particularly with behavioral needs
• Ability to pass district fingerprinting (each MO district requires a unique code)
• Dependable transportation to and from the school
• Professional demeanor and commitment to fostering student success
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student at the elementary level
• Assist with daily classroom activities, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Implement behavioral interventions, reinforcing positive student behaviors as directed by staff
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to meet educational and behavioral goals
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times
