Key Qualifications:
- Certified Special Education Teacher, with experience supporting elementary and middle school students
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and individualized instruction
- Comfortable balancing a caseload split between two sites
- Flexible, collaborative, and organized, able to effectively prioritize and adapt in changing environments
- Excellent communication skills to partner with staff, families, and students
- Prior experience as a Resource Teacher or with diverse learners is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted instruction for students in K-4 (focused on writing) and 5-8 (providing general resource support)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students, ensuring compliance with IEPs and educational plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
