• Comfortable balancing a caseload split between two sites
• Flexible, collaborative, and organized, able to effectively prioritize and adapt in changing environments
• Excellent communication skills to partner with staff, families, and students
• Prior experience as a Resource Teacher or with diverse learners is a plus
