Location: Romeoville, IL – 100% on site
Pay Rate: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration across multiple regional locations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone with a strong HR generalist or HR coordination background who is comfortable working with both hourly and salaried employees.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, adaptable, and able to quickly learn and support HR processes across multiple locations. This person will play an important role in bringing new employees onboard, facilitating orientations, maintaining employee records, and providing day-to-day HR support.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is versatile, professional, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. This person should be able to step into a fast-paced HR environment, quickly learn the company's processes, and confidently support onboarding and employee engagement across multiple locations.
A background as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, Junior HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or HR Specialist would be well suited for this opportunity.

- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for hourly employees across multiple locations.
- Conduct and/or support new hire orientation presentations and ensure employees receive the information and training needed to get started successfully.
- Quickly learn and support orientation processes for multiple locations, including Romeoville, California, and Texas.
- Provide regional HR support while assisting with day-to-day employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate employee and HR records, including filing and documentation.
- Partner with HR teams at other locations to ensure consistent onboarding and administrative processes.
- Serve as a professional and approachable resource for employees and help build positive working relationships.
- Assist with basic employee relations matters and documentation as needed.
- May assist with gathering employee statements or completing basic investigation-related documentation under the direction of HR leadership.
- Help ensure HR processes are followed consistently and appropriately.
- Manage multiple priorities and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide general HR support as needed across the organization.
- 1+ years of HR assistant , HR coordinator , onboarding, or HR generalist experience preferred.
- Strong generalist background or experience supporting multiple areas of HR is a plus.
- Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting hourly employees, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships with both hourly and salaried employees.
- Patient and comfortable providing training and information to employees with varying levels of experience.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's or associate degree is not required; equivalent HR experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, preferred.
