Restaurant Assistant Manager

The Restaurant Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a standalone restaurant by supporting the General Manager and leading the team with a focus on excellent customer service and efficient management. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring daily operations run effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support restaurant staff daily
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory levels and control stock
• Create and oversee employee schedules
• Lead training and development initiatives for team members
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• High school diploma or equivalent
