Position Type: Part-Time (Evenings/Weekends)

Salary: Competitive Hourly Pay ($21/hour, depending on experience)

The Role: Soccer Coach


We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our new Nazareth team! Our coaches are the smiling faces of our brand, leading high-energy sessions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Classes: Lead 45 minute soccer sessions for children aged 18 months to 9 years, following our unique KidsUnited developmental curriculum.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere where kids feel encouraged and motivated.
  • Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and program details.
  • Equipment & Safety: Handle site set-up/take-down and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Mentorship: Act as a positive role model, focusing on character development and teamwork alongside technical skills.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about Kids: Genuine love for working with children and inspiring them.
  • High Energy: An enthusiastic personality that can command a room/field.
  • Experience: Experience working with children is highly valued (teaching, childcare, sports).
  • Soccer Knowledge: Prior coaching experience is not required—we will train you! However, a basic understanding of the game is helpful.
  • Reliable: Responsible and safety-conscious.
  • Clearances: Ability to obtain necessary background checks and clearances.
