We provide affordable, flexible vehicle rentals that help everyday people stay on the road to work, school, and opportunity. We're looking for someone who's good with their hands and doesn't mind physical, active work keeping our fleet clean and road-ready. Position Overview We are hiring a Vehicle Porter to assist with our weekly rental car fleet — hands-on, physical work keeping our rental vehicles clean, moving, and ready to hand off to renters. This is an active, on-your-feet role: you'll be washing and detailing rental cars, driving them between lots and appointments, and checking them over in person, multiple times a week. This is not a desk or phone job — it's labor-based work at the lot and on the road, directly supporting our rental fleet. You'll check in with the team through ConnecTeam and Slack, but the day-to-day is physical: cleaning, driving, loading/unloading, walking the lot, and inspecting vehicles up close.

Primary Responsibilities Physical Vehicle Cleaning Wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles inside and out between renters Wipe down, sanitize, and prep vehicles so they're rental-ready for the next renter Handle cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, hose, cleaning products) Driving & Vehicle Movement Drive vehicles to and from maintenance, detailing, and inspection appointments Physically move and stage vehicles across lots for organization Pick up and drop off vehicles between lots, shops, and renters Fuel vehicles before handoff On-Site Inspections Walk the lot and physically check vehicle condition multiple times per week Visually inspect vehicles for damage, wear, and cleanliness issues Capture photo/video documentation of each vehicle's condition (WeCapture or equivalent) Flag any mechanical, damage, or cleanliness issues to the operations team

Qualifications Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal transportation to get to lots and appointments Comfortable with physical labor: washing, cleaning, walking, bending, lifting Comfortable driving multiple vehicle makes/models throughout the day Sharp eye for detail on damage and cleanliness Reliable and punctual, able to work independently on the lot Comfortable checking in with the team via ConnecTeam and Slack Experience in detailing, car washing, auto services, or lot/fleet work is a plus

Compensation & Schedule Pay: DOE + performance bonus opportunities Schedule: Flexible, with availability needed across the week for on-site condition checks and appointment runs Some weekend availability preferred
