Licensed Customer Service Represetative

We're seeking a customer-focused, licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to existing policyholders by answering coverage questions, processing policy changes, handling billing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer protection through additional insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and claims support.
• Review insurance coverage and recommend appropriate policy enhancements.
• Cross-sell and upsell personal and commercial insurance products when appropriate.
• Process applications, certificates, cancellations, and policy documents accurately.
• Maintain detailed client records in the agency management system.
• Follow agency procedures and insurance compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Meet customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Life & Health License preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of insurance customer service or agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or similar) is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
