What You'll Do
- Assist skilled crew members on job sites with waterproofing, egress window installation, radon mitigation, and foundation repair projects
- Dig, haul, and move materials (this is physical, outdoor work)
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Help set up and break down job sites, keeping work areas clean and safe
- Follow safety procedures and job site instructions
- Provide friendly, respectful service in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Comfortable with physical labor (digging, kneeling, climbing)
- Valid driver's license
- Previous construction/labor experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Good attitude and ability to work well on a team
