Youth Sports, Health Coach/Instructor
Youth Sports and Health, Franklin TN
Top pay, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives!
The Company
Due to rapid growth, Youth Sports and Health, Nashville TN is hiring coaches and instructors across both of our enrichment programs: Soccer Stars and Little Medical School. Applicants should indicate which program—or programs—they are most interested in teaching.
We help schools provide what today’s families want: more movement, healthier habits, and confident, engaged children. Together, our programs offer a comprehensive range of sports, fitness, health, and STEM enrichment.
Our Programs
Soccer Stars (ages 1–12) introduces children to the world’s most popular sport through fun, age-appropriate instruction. Coaches use individual attention, positive reinforcement, and a noncompetitive approach to help every child build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of soccer. Soccer experience is helpful but not required for preschool-age classes.
Little Medical School (ages 3–12 years) introduces children to healthcare, science, and animals through imaginative, hands-on learning. Students explore medicine, veterinary care, the human body, healthy habits, and medical tools through role-play, movement, crafts, stories, and interactive activities.
The Position
We welcome both part-time and full-time applicants. Most coaches begin in a part-time role, leading classes at childcare centers, schools, parks, and community locations throughout the Greater Nashville area, mostly in Williamson County and South Nashville. Full-time work is available for coaches interested in teaching across multiple programs.
