Property Manager – Hessel on the Park | Champaign, IL
Community Property Management is hiring a Property Manager for Hessel on the Park. You'll be the main point of contact for residents and prospects — running tours, leasing units, and keeping the property running smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Lease units and manage the full rental process, tour to signed lease
- Respond to resident calls, emails, and texts
- Log maintenance requests and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
- Represent the property professionally at every touchpoint
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years in customer service or sales
- Associate's degree
- Comfortable with everyday office software (AppFolio a plus)
- Able to work extra hours during peak leasing season
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable walking the property and showing units
Benefits: Base pay + incentives, Simple IRA, paid vacation/sick/holiday time. $23/ Hr Plus Peformance commisions
