\n As a Test Cell Technician, you will work hands-on in the test cell environment, performing testing and troubleshooting on products throughout the manufacturing process. You will help ensure products meet established performance, quality, and safety requirements before they move on to the next stage.\n

\n Test Cell Technician Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Operate and monitor test cell equipment and systems.
    • \n
  • Perform testing on products to verify proper operation and performance.
    • \n
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
    • \n
  • Use hand tools, measurement equipment, and diagnostic equipment as needed.
    • \n
  • Record test results accurately and maintain required documentation.
    • \n
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical, electrical, or performance issues.
    • \n
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
    • \n
  • Follow established safety procedures, testing protocols, and work instructions.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe test cell environment.
    • \n
  • Use software such as Excel and other computer systems to document results and communicate information.
    • \n
  • Perform additional duties and testing tasks as assigned.
    • \n

\n Schedule:\n
\n
\n 1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Monday–Friday\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
\n $18–$23+/hour (based on experience)\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Test Cell Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • Mechanical or electrical experience is a plus.
    • \n
  • Ability to read and understand engineering prints and technical documentation.
    • \n
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment.
    • \n
  • Ability to follow detailed testing procedures and instructions.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document test results.
    • \n
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and other software programs.
    • \n
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate issues effectively.
    • \n
  • Ability to work independently while also working effectively with a team.
    • \n
  • Manufacturing, testing, quality, maintenance, or technical experience is preferred but not required.
    • \n
