About the job

The Production Planner supports manufacturing operations by maintaining production schedules,

tracking progress, coordinating materials, and ensuring accurate production planning throughout

the project.

We're looking for someone who

%CF; Has experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or a

related operations role

%CF; Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills

%CF; Has experience tracking production schedules and monitoring workflow

%CF; Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams

%CF; Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

%CF; Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records

%CF; Can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

%CF; Works independently with minimal supervision after training

%CF; Handles confidential business information with professionalism

%CF; Has reliable access to a personal computer for remote work

What you'll do

%CF; Support daily production planning and scheduling activities

%CF; Track production progress and provide daily status updates

%CF; Coordinate material availability and expedite materials as needed

%CF; Update production schedules based on operational priorities

%CF; Maintain accurate production records and planning documentation

%CF; Communicate schedule changes and production updates to internal teams

%CF; Monitor workflow to help ensure production goals are achieved

%CF; Support cross-functional coordination between production, planning, and operations

%CF; Maintain confidentiality of business information and project documentation

%CF; Perform additional planning and administrative tasks as assigned

Physical requirements

%CF; Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

%CF; Must be able to perform repetitive computer and data entry tasks

%CF; Must be able to work onsite during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid work

schedule
