QMHP (Crisis) - Region 3 Southwest VA
Job Description
Delivers direct mental health services under supervision, including client assessments, skill-building, and counseling support. Assists in developing and implementing treatment plans, monitors client progress, and provides crisis intervention when needed. Maintains accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies and state regulations while collaborating with other providers to support client goals.
Conduct client assessments and assist with treatment planning
Respond to behavioral health crises in homes and other community settings.
Provide skill-building, counseling support, and crisis intervention
Monitor and document client progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with clinical staff and community resources
Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) services operate **24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year**. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Employees must be available to work assigned day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on program needs. On-call coverage may be required.
