You will work closely with technicians, machine shop personnel, engineers, and internal requesters to resolve material issues and keep machine builds moving forward.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, materials coordination, inventory, machine assembly, equipment, warehouse operations, or production support who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

  • Track outstanding parts and follow up to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Organize, consolidate, and stage parts and components for machine assembly
  • Print, organize, and maintain build documentation, including schematics, work instructions, and technical assembly documents

  • Prepare completed kits for shipment by packaging, crating, and palletizing materials
  • Communicate with requesters when equipment, parts, and kits are complete and ready for delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure materials and documentation are organized and easy to locate
  • Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, materials coordination, inventory, equipment, warehouse operations, or production support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep track of parts, materials, and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and following up on outstanding items
  • Mechanically inclined with a general understanding of machines, equipment, or manufacturing processes preferred
  • Basic SolidWorks knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform occasional physical tasks, including lifting, moving, packaging, and material handling

Why This Opportunity?

  • Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Hands-on role supporting machine design and assembly
  • Opportunity to work alongside technicians, engineers, and machine shop professionals
  • Great fit for candidates looking to grow their experience in manufacturing, machine building, materials, or equipment coordination
  • Contract opportunity through December 31, 2026 (SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR PERM CONVERSION)
