LVN School Nurse

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work with our company for a School District within San Joaquin County. We are looking for clinicians to join our per diem team!

Tracy, CA!

Monday-Friday

8:15a-3:45p

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS OFF!!!

• Gtube Feeds/Meds
• Seizure Monitoring
• Emegency Seizure Meds

​Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care and treatment in a school setting
• Collaborate with registered nurses and district personnel to administer prescribed medications per care plan
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• Follow emergency and safety procedures as directed by the school
• Communication with Children/Teens, parents and school administration

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or another medical field a plus
• Ability to build rapport with patients, parents and school personnel
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility, detail orientated & takes initiative

Compliance Requirement:

• LVN License
• BLS
• Physical (within last year)
• TB (within the last year)
