ABOUT PUSHCORP
PushCorp, a subsidiary of WALTER Surface Technologies, based in Dallas Texas is a leading designer and manufacturer of force compliance, material removal, and end-of-arm tooling solutions for industrial robotics. Since 1993, PushCorp has helped manufacturers automate demanding finishing processes across industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to composites and advanced manufacturing. We work with some of the largest manufacturers in the world to deploy our technology and perform applications such as weld grinding, surface finishing, deburring, trimming, sanding, and polishing with unmatched consistency and performance.
At PushCorp, engineers don't just design components, they develop complete automation solutions. From solving real customer challenges to designing, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, and deploying products in the field, our engineers are involved throughout the entire product development lifecycle. If you're passionate about building innovative products, working handson, and seeing your designs make an impact in the real world, you'll thrive on our team.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Mechanical Engineering team develops next-generation robotic end-of-arm tooling used in some of the world's most demanding manufacturing environments. Engineers work with electrical engineering, controls, manufacturing, and applications teams to transform customer challenges into production-ready solutions.
This is a highly collaborative, handson environment where you'll own projects from concept through deployment. Whether designing precision mechanisms, building prototypes, or validating products alongside customers, you'll have the opportunity to see your ideas become reality.
