In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you’ll serve as a classroom aide alongside a full-time teacher, ensuring students receive the encouragement and attention they need to succeed. The position supports a general education Kindergarten class, and at this time, no toileting duties are involved.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Active GaPSC Paraprofessional Certification required
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations in a school environment highly preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting early learners
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional presence in the classroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily instruction, classroom management, and activity organization
• Engage students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Support the creation and implementation of a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
