As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing complex systems to life—working across hardware, software, RF, and mission system domains to integrate, test, and validate advanced capabilities. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where innovation, precision, and problem-solving are critical.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support system integration efforts across multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Develop, execute, and refine test plans, procedures, and test events for complex systems
  • Perform system-level verification and validation to ensure performance meets mission requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and test issues across hardware, software, and RF subsystems
  • Support lab-based integration, ground testing, and operational/field test activities
  • Partner with systems, software, hardware, and RF engineers to ensure seamless system functionality
  • Contribute to technical reviews, design validation, and customer demonstrations
  • Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to improve system performance
  • Support qualification testing and certification activities in structured, deliverable-driven environments


What You Bring

  • 4+ years of Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering experience in aerospace or defense
  • Strong experience with system integration, verification, and test execution
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills across complex systems
  • Experience working in structured, milestone-driven programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline)
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Electronic Warfare, RF systems, or avionics
  • Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies
  • Background in aircraft mission systems or weapons systems
  • Experience with automated testing, data analysis, or simulation environments
