Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Manage pharmacy operations in a dynamic hospital setting as a Pharmacy Operations Manager in Tulsa, OK. This full-time, day shift role offers the opportunity to lead pharmacy services while directly supporting patient care. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Location:

  • Tulsa, Oklahoma

Schedule:

  • 8 hours per day, day shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy department operations ensuring efficient and compliant workflows.
  • Provide pharmaceutical care as a staff pharmacist when needed.
  • Manage inventory, develop policies and procedures, and facilitate staff education.
  • Mentor and supervise clinical pharmacists and pharmacy support personnel.
  • Act as acting pharmacy manager in the absence of the Pharmacy Director, ensuring continuous leadership and decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school.
  • Minimum of 5 years hospital pharmacy experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Current, active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Compliance with state-specific requirements such as sterile compounding.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PharmD degree.
  • At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy operations specialist.
  • Prior hospital pharmacy management experience.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS/ACLS) certification.
