Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction based on student needs
Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Foster academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth
Required Qualifications
Active Virginia Special Education Teaching Certification
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to supporting student success and inclusion
