Job Description
We are seeking a Cabinet and Countertop Installer to join our growing team. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, requiring precision, efficiency, and a strong attention to detail while installing and servicing cabinetry and countertops.
We are also open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in the trade. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with your hands, and are willing to learn, we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities- Measure and cut countertops and other materials to fit specific spaces.
- Install cabinets, countertops, and related components according to project specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives as needed.
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and overall quality of installations.
- Complete finishing work, including sealing and touch-ups, to ensure durability and appearance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Monday through Friday
- Typical hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Hours may vary depending on project requirements.
- $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.

- Previous experience installing cabinets, countertops, or similar finish carpentry products preferred, but not required.
- Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements and cuts.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job-site conditions.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rapid City, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
