Job Description

In this role, you'll address both monolingual and bilingual caseloads, focusing primarily on evaluations and case management, with some direct therapy when needed. You will be working primarily with elementary students while also supporting a smaller group of middle schoolers, ensuring a well-rounded and dynamic experience.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of evaluation procedures and IEP case management
- Skilled in working with both monolingual and bilingual populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Manage and document IEPs and related paperwork efficiently
- Provide direct therapy interventions when appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure student success
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development
- Flexibly balance a varied caseload across elementary and some middle school students
