Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with valid credentials in Connecticut
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong consultation and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students
  • Ability to work independently and adapt services to a variety of student needs
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance and documentation standards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create tailored intervention plans

  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, updating goals and strategies accordingly
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of all services provided
