Registered Nurse

Pearl's Hope Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and provide quality care to clients throughout the Cleveland area.

This position will primarily cover Downtown Cleveland, East Cleveland, and the Near West Side, including communities such as Central, Kinsman, Union Miles, Brooklyn, Old Brooklyn, Clark-Fulton, West Boulevard, Cudell, and Ashbury Towers.

Home health experience is preferred but not required. We are open to RNs who are interested in home health and willing to learn. The RN will report directly to the Director of Nursing (DON).

• Conduct and accurately document clinical visits under the direction of the DON.

• Conduct and document supervisory visits as assigned.

• Monitor client care and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Communicate observations and recommendations with the clinical team.

• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.

• Promote a culture focused on quality care and excellent client service.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Home health experience is a plus, but no prior home health experience is required.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the assigned Cleveland service areas.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Interest in home health and willingness to learn.

• $70,000-$75,000 annual salary
