Controller

Growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will oversee a small accounting team, manage multi-entity accounting, and partner closely with leadership on financial reporting, cash flow, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage accounting for multiple entities and related transactions
• Supervise AP, AR, billing, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses
• Coordinate with external accountants and advisors
• Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting procedures
• Support leadership with financial analysis and operational reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and high-volume transactional environments
• Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Real estate, property management, construction, or related industry experience preferred
