Step into a dynamic role supporting students as a School Psychologist at two vibrant elementary campuses. This full-time, onsite position provides the opportunity to contribute significantly to the well-being and success of young learners. Position begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21, 2027, offering stability and room to make a lasting impact.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

  • Hold a valid ‘Professional Special Services License’ through the Colorado Department of Education (active or in process for travelers)
  • Prior experience as a School Psychologist within school settings preferred
  • Strong, detailed communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your professional strengths and experiences during interviews
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, positivity, and energy working with students and educational teams
  • Willingness to work onsite at assigned elementary schools with a caseload of about 40 students
  • Ability to collaborate with special education coordinators, school administrators, teachers, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide direct counseling or intervention services to students in need
  • Collaborate closely with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Facilitate parent and teacher consultations to support student development
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute valuable insights for student eligibility and progress meetings
  • Support building a positive school climate and advocate for students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional success
