Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 per hourShift: 6:30am-3pmWhy you should apply to be Machine Operator:- Competitive pay rate with overtime opportunities

- Setting up and operating test tanks and pressure systems to inspect coils for leaks and verify pressure integrity
- Connecting assemblies to test fixtures using proper fittings, seals, and clamps
- Filling, pressurizing, and monitoring tanks using air, water, or nitrogen per testing procedures
- Inspecting units under pressure for leaks or defects and tagging nonconforming products
- Recording test results accurately on inspection forms or within production systems
- Purging and draining tested coils safely and preparing them for final processing
- Maintaining accurate pressure settings and calibration checks on test equipment
- Following all safety procedures for working with pressurized systems and heavy equipment
- Assisting quality and engineering teams with failure analysis and retesting as needed
- Keeping the test area clean and organized and supporting Lean and 5S activities
- Can read and interpret test procedures, work orders, and pressure specifications (required)
- Have steel toe or composite toe footwear (required)
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude for connecting and securing fittings, hoses, and test assemblies (required)
- Understand basic pressure testing principles and safety requirements for hydrostatic and air testing (required)
- Are able to monitor gauges, interpret readings, and detect abnormal conditions (required)
- Are detail-oriented and committed to accurate documentation (required)
- Are familiar with compressed air/water systems, valves, and regulators (required)
- Know lockout/tagout and pressure safety procedures (required)
- Are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a small team (required)
- Have a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement (required)
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Have 3–6 months of relevant experience or training (preferred)
- Can stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift, perform repetitive motions, and lift 20–50 lbs. regularly
- Are comfortable working near moving mechanical parts, in environments with noise, vibration, or temperature variations
