Salaray: $18.00/hr. during training, increasing to $19.50/hr. after trainingShift: 3:30pm-11pm after training; will train on 1st shift (6:30-3pm) for approx. 3 weeksWhy you should apply to be a Quality Control Inspector:

- Inspecting incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
- Verifying dimensions, assembly quality, and appearance against blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Documenting inspection results accurately on forms or within ERP systems.
- Identifying and tagging nonconforming parts, and communicating defects or process issues to production and quality leadership.
- Assisting in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supporting final inspection and testing before shipment.
- Maintaining calibration and care of inspection equipment and tools.
- Participating in process audits, continuous improvement activities, and following all safety, ISO, and company quality procedures.
- Ensuring an organized inspection area with accurate recordkeeping and traceability.
- Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and measurement data (required).
- Are proficient with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges (required).
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cosmetic, dimensional, or functional defects.
- Understand manufacturing tolerances, materials, and basic processes.
- Are skilled in data recording, documentation, and communicating inspection results.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
- Are able to stand, bend, and move between workstations for extended periods and lift 20–50 lbs multiple times per shift.
- Commit to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience/training are preferred.
