• Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings, including home health a plus

• Capacity to travel between two designated school sites as required
• Comfortable providing therapy to both early childhood and elementary age groups

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students in early childhood and elementary grades

• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and outside providers to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
