We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a growing organization in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage bookkeeping activities independently, maintain accurate financial records, and provide dependable support across core accounting functions. The role offers an opportunity to contribute through consistent oversight of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting in a detail-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full bookkeeping cycle, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and maintained in an organized manner.

• Manage accounts payable activities by reviewing invoices, preparing payments, and keeping vendor records current.

• Handle accounts receivable processes, including issuing invoices, monitoring incoming payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

• Reconcile bank and financial accounts on a regular basis to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain and update accounting records within QuickBooks to support reliable reporting and audit readiness.

• Prepare routine financial summaries and assist with month-end close activities to keep accounting information current.

• Review account activity for inconsistencies and investigate variances to help preserve data integrity.

• Proven experience performing full charge bookkeeping responsibilities in a business environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks for daily bookkeeping and account maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience completing bank reconciliations with a high level of accuracy.
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive financial information responsibly.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal oversight.
