Pay Rate: $19.00 per hourShift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional overtime on Fridays), Consistent schedule with occasional overtime- Assembling metal components, subassemblies, and parts based on blueprint drawings and specifications
- Building products such as fans, unloaders/augers, roof rafters, dryers, and more
- Using hand and power tools to assemble and fasten parts to engineering and quality standards
- Assisting with hardware kit box preparation
- Operating tools and equipment to complete projects efficiently
- Inspecting assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals
- Have previous assembly or metal manufacturing experience (preferred: 1–2 years)
- Can read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications
- Are skilled with hand and power tools
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are reliable and punctual
- Are able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Are comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
