Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Petaluma, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience delivering services within school settings to elementary and/or middle school students
• Proven ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites and adapt interventions to differing student needs
• Commitment to onsite presence; remote work is not available for this assignment
• SLPA certifications are not accepted for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and adjust strategies
• Deliver direct therapy services within the classroom and therapy settings
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records, documentation, and progress reports
• Support IEP meetings and contribute insights for ongoing program improvement
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages communication growth
