Job Description
As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for wrapping fully assembled outbound equipment with shrink wrap and securing it using a heat gun. Some tasks may require using a ladder to reach the top of the equipment. You will conduct a final quality check to ensure no paint scuffs and that all stickers and labels are correctly applied. Additionally, you will operate a pallet jack and forklift to move equipment and manage the receiving of new inventory.
Responsibilities
- Wrap fully assembled outbound equipment using shrink wrap and a heat gun.
- Conduct final quality checks on equipment for paint scuffs and label placement.
- Use a ladder to reach the top of equipment when necessary.
- Operate pallet jack and forklift to move equipment.
- Manage the receiving of new inventory.
Essential Skills
- Experience in material handling.
- Proficient in operating a forklift.
- Experience in the final steps of shipments.
- Experience with inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using an overhead crane.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Mankato, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
