Kelly Services is seeking motivated individuals for Quality Control Inspector roles. These positions will be responsible for inspecting manufactured goods during the production process, including dimensional and electrical inspections of sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Candidates will interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and other documentation to approve or reject in-process or final assemblies.
This is an entry-level position; no prior experience is required. Candidates with knowledge acquired through specialized education or training are preferred. The role follows clearly defined procedures and work routines. Decision-making is guided by established processes and straightforward situations.
Location: Weston FL
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Schedule may change based on business needs. Potential for earlier start times and overtime.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dimensional and/or visual inspections using blueprints, gauges, and other standard inspection equipment.
- Perform material and component inspections, including First Article Inspections (FAI) and verification of FAI data (including statistical analysis).
- Review, analyze, inspect, and archive Device History Records (DHRs) in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements.
- Complete computer system transactions related to router inspections.
- Segregate, quarantine, and document non-conforming materials as required, including initiation of non-conformance reports.
- Execute product release disposition tasks within the ERP system.
- Support the inspection team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and production goals.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and inspection instructions.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow explicit instructions.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adapt to shifting schedules based on business needs.
